You can use these forms to leave us feedback after any of the events we've hosted, as well as in any surveys we may put out.
Forms will be active post-event, and will remain active for a period of up to two weeks afterwards. Please ensure you complete them during this time if you wish to do so.
Unless specified, all feedback is anonymous, and the data collected will only be used FoVS (& its collaborators if a joint event) as a means of gauging how the event went, and to help us improve it, should we run it again.
